Customer Retention Specialist | Online

One-Year Full-Time Contract
Salary: S$3,200 - $3800 per month + up to S$800 monthly incentive

Ms Durian is looking for a customer retention specialist for driving online customer engagement, retention and repeat purchase. This role requires a confident and sales-driven individual to develop targeted engagement initiatives for Ms Durian's products and festivities offerings.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer purchasing patterns and preferences.

• Identify high-value customer groups

• Initiate appropriate engagement and retention actions.

• Plan livestream themes, scripts, product bundles, vouchers and promotions.

• Manage TikTok Shop campaign mechanics.

• Develop trackable promotions that encourage viewers to visit our café.

• Develop campaigns for café-exclusive products, seasonal menus and in-store offers.

• Track livestream sales, performance and TikTok-attributed café visits.

• Coordinate with the kitchen and fulfilment teams on stock and orders.

• Support festive campaigns, product launches and café promotions.

Requirements

• Confident, expressive and a team player.

• Experience in live-commerce and e-commerce is preferred.

• Familiar with TikTok Shop and Shopee is advantageous.

• Willing to work in selected evenings, weekends and festive periods.

• Experience in F&B, retail or consumer products is advantageous.
