Our client, a publicly listed workforce management solutions provider based in Damansara, is seeking an Accounts Executive (General Ledger) to join their finance team. As this role involves regular communication with counterparts in China, fluency in Mandarin is required.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Review and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Process journal entries and maintain supporting documentation.
• Assist in the month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Support audit and tax queries.
• Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and liaise with auditors during financial audits.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
• Perform account analysis and investigate discrepancies or variances.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma Finance/Accountancy or equivalent with 1 year experience.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and concepts.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with the minimum supervision.
• Able to start work immediately would be an added advantage.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
