Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Understand customer needs and promote our tinting, car wash, detailing, and automotive services.
• Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Shoot and edit short-form videos, photos, Reels, and TikToks.
• Appear on camera and represent the brand professionally.
• Manage social-media enquiries, comments, and messages.
• Support promotions, campaigns, events, and brand activities.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.

Requirements

• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Confident, friendly, presentable, and comfortable on camera.
• Passionate about cars, sales, social media, and content creation.
• Basic video editing skills (e.g. CapCut) are an advantage.
• Sales or automotive experience is an advantage.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
