Responsibilities
We are looking for a responsible and hands-on
Maintenance Officer
to oversee the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of our F&B outlets and Central Kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the day-to-day administration and coordination of maintenance matters at F&B outlets and the Central Kitchen.
Conduct regular inspections of premises, facilities, and equipment across all outlets and the Central Kitchen.
Carry out basic repair and maintenance works for F&B outlets and kitchen equipment.
Coordinate and supervise contractors and technicians during scheduled servicing and when professional repair services are required.
Manage renovation-related matters for new stores and reinstatement works, including obtaining quotations and preparing budgets.
Procure maintenance and repair supplies and equipment as required.
Prepare and manage the annual maintenance and repair budget.
Perform other ad-hoc duties and assignments as required.
Requirements:
Relevant experience in premises, facilities, or maintenance operations will be an advantage.
Hands-on experience in basic repair and maintenance works.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple maintenance matters.
Responsible, proactive, and willing to work in an F&B environment.
Candidates with experience in
F&B outlets, commercial kitchens, or facilities management
are preferred.
