Job Summary
You will engage with clients to resolve queries, build strong business relationships, and support sales and promotional activities, including on-site visits and event support.
Responsibilities
Communicate clearly with clients to identify and address their needs and inquiries promptly
Resolve client queries efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client communications and relevant information
Build and sustain long-term business relationships with clients to support company growth
Respond professionally and timely to client questions and requests to enhance client experience
Provide clients with relevant information about company products and services to support their informed decisions
Conduct on-site sales visits to engage clients and promote company offerings
Support event operations during weekends, holidays, and after-office hours as needed to ensure smooth event execution
