Company Description:

Roul Media is a content and production agency out of Sydney, built around four pillars: strategy, production, marketing, and intelligence. We plan campaigns, shoot them, edit them, and hand clients a system that keeps producing content instead of a one-off video.

Roul Media is opening a Singapore office to lead our expansion across Southeast Asia, and we're looking for a multimedia creator based in Singapore to shoot our productions on the ground.

Role Description

• Shoot video and photography for brand and commercial projects across Singapore
• Take creative briefs or concepts from us and adapt it to the location, talent, and constraints on the day
• Handle camera, basic lighting, and sound, solo or with a small crew
• Edit and colour your own footage, or prepare a clean handoff to post when a project needs it
• Assist our on-site Producer/Manager during production, to execute project requirements
• Bring your own ideas, especially where a concept needs local knowledge we don't have from Sydney

What we're looking for

• A strong portfolio. If you're early in your career or still studying, that's fine; we care more about the work than the résumé.
• Confidence running a camera, basic lighting, and an edit in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
• Based in Singapore, with the right to work here, and able to travel locally for shoots
• Self-directed: you can take a brief and run with it without someone looking over your shoulder
• A feel for what performs on social, and how to plan a shoot so it delivers for those formats

The arrangement

This starts as freelance, project by project, so you're not locked into hours you don't have.

If it works on both sides, there's a real path to a standing part-time or full-time role as the Singapore branch grows. We're looking for someone to build the local team around, not just someone to cover a single shoot.
