Hiring: Sales Manager | Malaysia

I’m currently supporting a client in hiring a Sales Manager based in Malaysia.

We’re looking for an experienced sales professional with a strong background in industrial, technical, or engineering-related sectors, who can drive business growth, develop key accounts, and lead a high-performing sales team.

Key requirements:

• 5–7+ years of experience in Sales Management / Senior Sales

• Strong track record in achieving sales targets and new business development

• Experience in key account management, negotiation, and consultative selling

• Proven experience managing and developing sales teams

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

• Familiarity with the Malaysian / Asian market is a plus

• Willingness to travel within the region

Location: Malaysia – Hybrid

Package: Competitive salary + performance bonus

Reporting to: Managing Director
