JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and manage tender documentation for new project bids, including contract documentation for successful tenders.

• Verify material requisitions, quantity take-offs, and site measurements to ensure cost and quantity accuracy.

• Prepare and submit progress claims and invoices to clients and consultants to support timely project cash flow.

• Monitor and administer main contracts and sub-contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and project requirements.

• Prepare progress reports, payment recommendations, variation order documentation, and final account submissions.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and site teams on contract-related matters to ensure smooth project execution.

• Support team capability building by guiding junior staff through on-the-job training and monitoring work progress.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess a Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in contracts administration / quantity surveying within the property development, main contractor, or construction environment.

• Experience in tendering, contract administration, progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts will be an added advantage.

• Good negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills when dealing with clients, consultants, and contractors.
