About the role

This full-time Credit Control Executive position at SNA Consult Sdn Bhd offers an exciting opportunity to join a leading professional services firm in Selangor. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and credit control processes to support the financial health and growth of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Monitoring and following up on outstanding customer payments to ensure timely collection of receivables

• Analysing and resolving credit-related issues and queries from customers

• Collaborating with the Accounts team to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account records

• Preparing and issuing invoices, statements, and other financial documents to customers

• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency of credit control operations

• Providing support to the wider Finance team as required

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a credit control or accounts receivable role, preferably in a professional services environment

• Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders

• Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel)

• Proactive and detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work

• Knowledge of credit control policies, procedures, and regulations in the Malaysian context
