Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and provide prompt and courteous food and beverage service.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Set up, clear, and maintain dining areas according to hotel standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper handling of equipment, utensils, and service areas.
• Assist with stock replenishment and other F&B operational duties as required.

Requirements:

• Relevant certification in a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Melaka (Portuguese Settlement Melaka).
