SCC Coach (Full-Time)
About the Role:
At our Student Care Centre, teachers are known as SCC Coaches — the heart and soul of what we do. You will guide, nurture, and support students, helping each one grow beyond their own personal best.
It's meaningful, hands-on work. Watching a student build confidence and do well under your care is a reward that stays with you.
Who We're Looking For:
We're looking for a genuinely passionate educator — someone who enjoys nurturing kids of all levels, not just the high achievers, and who's willing to go the extra mile for the quieter ones too.
No formal certification needed — we're looking for heart, not credentials. If you're eager to learn and genuinely enjoy being around kids, that's what counts most.
Singaporeans / Singaporean PRs only.
What Makes a Great Fit:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced, low-bureaucracy environment
Naturally nurturing, with a good rapport with children
Motivated to guide and inspire the next generation
Prior experience in student care or working with children is a plus, but not required — a genuine interest in kids and willingness to learn matters more
What You'll Be Doing:
Caring for and supervising Primary School students in an after-school care setting
Guiding students through their school homework
Delivering the Commit Learning SchoolHouse holistic development curriculum
Locations:
We have centres located islandwide — placement will be based on where manpower support is needed, with your convenience taken into consideration where possible!
