Guest Experience Executive

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or related field.
• 1–2 years’ experience in guest relations, Front Office, or customer service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and complaint-handling skills.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Friendly, professional, well-groomed, and service-oriented.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Job Tasks

• Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve guest issues promptly.
• Follow up on guest requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with VIP and special occasion arrangements.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and identify areas for service improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of guest feedback and follow-up actions.
• Promote hotel facilities, services, and activities to guests.
• Ensure a smooth and positive guest experience from arrival to departure.

Pay: From RM39,600.00 per year
