About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Solution Consultant (Network & Security) to bridge the gap between our sales team and technical delivery. In this role, you will act as the key technical advisor and product advocate during the sales cycle. You will collaborate closely with account managers to understand client requirements, design cutting-edge network and security architectures, and drive winning proposals and Proof of Concept (POC) evaluations.
Key responsibilities
Understand clients' business requirements and pain points to design robust, scalable, and secure Network & Security solutions (e.g., NGFW, SD-WAN, Zero Trust, EDR/XDR, Cloud Security)
Take ownership of technical proposal writing, tender (RFP/RFI) responses, bill of materials (BOM), and Statement of Work (SOW) creation
Deliver compelling product presentations, live demos, and lead Proof of Concept (POC) evaluations to prospective clients
Work closely with the sales team to identify upselling opportunities, formulate winning strategies, and address complex technical objections from clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with key technology vendors and internal delivery/project teams to ensure seamless project handovers
About you
Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 2–3 years focused on Pre-sales, Solution Consulting, Technical Account Management, or Systems Engineering within the Network & Security domain
Solid understanding of enterprise networking (Routing/Switching, VPN, SD-WAN)
Hands-on experience or deep knowledge in security solutions such as Next-Gen Firewalls, Endpoint Protection (EDR), SIEM/SOC, or Identity Management
Familiarity with major enterprise security and networking vendors (e.g., Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Cisco, CrowdStrike)
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in Cantonese and English (Mandarin is a plus)
Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for C-level executives
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCNP, PCNSE, NSE 4/7) will be an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
