Ambition Hiring! Full Time Facilities Manager in - Ricebowl

• Act as the main point of contact for all office matters, managing the relationship with building management and vendors
• Oversee building operations, security, maintenance and cleaning, keeping all building systems running efficiently
• Ensure safety, statutory compliance, utility inspections and emergency preparedness are in place
• Lead space planning, renovations and facilities budgeting, working with building owners and senior management
• Provide facilities oversight across APAC offices, handling routine repairs, supplies and day-to-day employee needs

Requirements

• At least 5-10 years in maintenance supervision or a related field, with facilities management background
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, business management or related field
• Knowledge of electrical infrastructure, power distribution, UPS, plumbing, HVAC and other building systems
