Responsibilities:

• Work with clients, Product Owners, PMs, and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements (from both business and end-user perspectives).
• Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
• Prepare and maintain business and system documentation: BRD, SRS, User Stories / Use Cases, Acceptance Criteria, business flows, wireframes / mockups, activity diagrams, and API specs (from a BA perspective).
• Ensure requirements are fully understood by Development, QA, Design, and PM teams; manage requirements, specifications, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-up, planning, grooming, review, and retrospective.
• Support UAT, product demos, user training, and go-live preparation when needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects.
• Strong analytical skills: able to break down requirements, analyze complex problems, and propose practical solutions.
• Proficient in writing user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, workflows, and requirement documents.
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC): Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid.
• Collaborate effectively with Development, QA, Design, and PM teams; manage scope, change requests, priorities, and stakeholder expectations.
• Familiar with tools such as Jira/Confluence, Figma/Balsamiq/*************, Miro/Lucidchart, Excel/Google Sheets, and Google Workspace (Postman/Swagger is a plus).
• Basic understanding of web/mobile applications, APIs, databases, system integration, UI/UX, and a testing mindset.
• Fluent in English
