Responsibilities:

• Assist the Operation Executive with daily maintenance and operational matters.
• Carry out basic repair and maintenance works such as plumbing, electrical, furniture, painting and general repairs.
• Inspect properties and identify maintenance issues.
• Assist with property setup, renovation and improvement works.
• Attend to urgent maintenance issues and carry out necessary repairs.
• Travel to different property locations within the Klang Valley for inspection and maintenance.
• Coordinate with contractors for specialised repair works when required.
• Complete maintenance tasks properly and within the required timeline.

Requirements:

• Experience in handyman, maintenance, property maintenance or related fields is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and general repairs.
• Must have own transport and be willing to travel within the Klang Valley.
• Able to work independently and handle basic maintenance issues.
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work.
• Responsible, punctual and able to work on ad-hoc tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Fresh graduates with relevant hands-on or technical skills are welcome to apply.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
