Responsibilities
About the role
Support the HR department in data entry, employee records management, recruitment coordination, and general HR administrative duties.
Key responsibilities
Enter and maintain employee data in HR systems and spreadsheets
Update and organize employee records and personnel files
Prepare HR reports and data tracking sheets
Assist with recruitment administration and interview scheduling
Support onboarding documentation for new hires
Scan, file, and manage HR documents
Perform general administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Manager
About you
Pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
Good organizational and communication skills
