Job Summary
Join HAPPYWIZ as an Assistant Shop Manager to support daily playground operations, lead staff, manage customer interactions, and ensure a safe, clean environment for children and families.
Responsibilities
Assist the Shop Manager in executing daily playground operations to maintain smooth and efficient service
Supervise and coordinate staff duties to optimize team performance and support ongoing training initiatives
Respond promptly to customer enquiries, manage bookings, and address feedback to enhance customer satisfaction
Support the planning and execution of birthday parties and group events to deliver memorable experiences
Conduct regular safety inspections, maintain cleanliness, and perform equipment checks to ensure a secure environment
Manage cashier operations, prepare daily reports, and control stock levels to support business accuracy and inventory management
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Experience in retail, hospitality, attractions, or indoor playground operations to effectively manage playground activities
Strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills to engage customers and lead teams effectively
Responsible, proactive attitude with comfort working with children and families to foster a positive environment
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays to meet operational needs
