Job Description

Responsibilities

Brief on the role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Event Executive to drive the end-to-end planning and execution of clients appreciation, networking and business development events. This role requires a strong project management mindset, exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to deliver seamless event experiences while ensuring compliance with industry guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Event Management
  • Lead the planning and execution of seminars, networking sessions, workshops, motivational talks and corporate events.
  • Develop comprehensive project timelines, event schedules, run-of-show documents and operational checklists to ensure successful delivery.
  • Identify, negotiate and manage venues, audiovisual requirements, event branding, signage and collateral.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, caterers, production partners, speakers and venue representatives to deliver a high-quality event experience.
  • Monitor event budgets, track expenditures and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
  • Partner with marketing and recruitment teams to execute integrated event campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Coordinate the production and delivery of event creatives, invitations, landing pages and promotional materials.
  • Manage the end-to-end registration process, including RSVP tracking, attendee communications and confirmation workflows.
  • Maintain accurate participant records and optimise attendance through timely follow-ups and reminder campaigns.
  • Brief internal teams, emcees and event support staff to ensure clear alignment on event objectives and execution plans.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in event management, marketing, corporate events or project coordination.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with both internal and external partners.
  • Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management or CRM platforms.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
