Key areas of responsibility include:

• Teach after school programs with unprecedented passion and motivation.

• Manage current school relationships while developing new school relationships and building out a city wide after school program.

• Teach golf lessons

• Direct responsibility for the development and performance of all the students they work with.

• Send weekly communication to the families on each athlete’s development, plan and process through the school.

• All reporting and communication should reflect our brand standard, uphold and reinforce the vision.

• Attend all team trainings.

• Coach summer camp and short time programs with the same passion motivation and dedication that is given to the After-School Programs.

• Strong communication skills with student and families as well as the PE and Admissions departments.

• Follow the training schedules and training standards as communicated by the Director of Instruction.

• Have a clear concise daily plan prior to the training session.

• To always take a proactive role in the relationship with the management to attract new students and retain the existing ones.

• To develop the Golf Academy’s reputation of consistently delivering high quality coaching.

• Custom fit all types of clubs to individual specifications

• To provide coaching to groups and individuals that is of a consistently high quality and meets or exceeds customer needs and expectations.

• Report on instruction program data on a regular basis

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month
