Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through calls, LinkedIn, email and other channels.
• Develop new clients and maintain existing accounts.
• Understand client requirements and promote IT, technology and staffing solutions.
• Manage follow-ups, meetings, proposals and sales opportunities.
• Work closely with internal recruitment and delivery teams.
• Achieve lead generation, pipeline and revenue targets.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Account Management, Recruitment, IT or Business Development is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven, proactive and willing to learn

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
