The ams OSRAM Opto Semiconductors business offers high-performance opto semiconductor components and in-depth support for state-of-the-art system solutions based on innovative semiconductor light sources. The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise.

Your new responsibilities

• Assist PDMF on new project development (Shift Tech).
• Coordinate Engineering build execution in production line from LOT start till shipment.
• Collaborated with production and Process Tech for standard process build.
• Manage new produciton develop new system setup.
• Responsible to build material readiness and clear understand to DOE matrix on the engineering build.

What we look for

• Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• More than 2 years of working experience in engineering/semiconductor line
• Support/assist R&D activities such as samples build/Engineering EVA
• Able to setup and do conversion to run R&D samples build
• With basic technical knowledge in electronic/semiconductors
