Job Description
Implement and enforce workplace safety and health (WSH) policies and procedures
Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards
Monitor workers’ adherence to safe work practices and use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions
Conduct safety briefings, toolbox meetings, and training sessions
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (e.g., MOM, WSH Act, relevant codes of practice)
Liaise with project managers, supervisors, and external authorities on safety matters
Maintain proper documentation of safety records, reports, and permits
Review risk assessments (RA) and safe work procedures (SWP)
Assist in emergency response planning and drills
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health or equivalent
Registered WSHO with MOM
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in LTA project
Good communication and interpersonal skill
