We are looking for a 3 years experience IT Business Analyst who can support in IT functions while explaining workflow as a Business Analyst in Kuala Lumpur.

The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas. Specific responsibilities includes working with relevant parties and conduct system briefing and user training of functional specification/ IT solution. Produce BRD (business requirement document) for project at small scale, lead user interface (UI) design, write testing plan and conduct testing to ensure system implementation/ enhancement is meeting business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, analyzing user requirements and establishing system objectives
• Designing the system’s functional solution and providing its delivery cost
• Prepare system documentation, e.g. functional specifications, user stories and user manual, etc
• Support communication within business parties and development team
• Work with developers to support end user acceptance testing
• Work with Project Manager to control and follow-up User requirement change
• Work with business parties to confirm delivery schedule and follow up the implementation of the system
• Conduct system demonstration while needed
• Conduct user training while needed
• Coordinate with relevant IT team and third-party vendors/ Users to design, implement and maintain information systems to enable service delivery
• Attainment of objectives and adherence to both deadlines and procedures of work
• Project KPI
• Communication with developers and project manager. Communicate with testing team, business parties and end users
• Build cross-functional partnerships, internally and externally
• Manage budgets and maintain a competitive market knowledge

Qualifications

• University degree or above in IT or related discipline
• Good command of English and Mandarin (both in oral and written)
• Minimum 3-4 years BA working experience in Agile projects
• Conceptual awareness of industry/ business domain, relevant IT functional products and applications, etc.
• Ability to identify and define requirements via multiple scenarios to assess the real business problems, and subsequently validate with business & end users for any update
• Able to understand, explain and effectively convey requirements and business scenarios to business, end users and technical teams • Effective communication skills
• Good presentation skills
• Project management skills with coaching skill
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
