The Role

We are looking for a driven Business Analyst to join a high-impact digital transformation initiative within the banking sector. In this onsite role, you'll take ownership of digital product delivery across web, mobile and wealth platforms, playing a key part in shaping customer journeys, driving innovation and improving operational efficiency for one of the region's leading financial institutions.

What You'll Do

• Own the delivery of digital initiatives, enhancements and projects across assigned web, mobile and wealth platforms

• Analyze, define and manage business requirements to support digital product delivery

• Prepare approval papers, governance documents and conduct research for new initiatives

• Support testing activities including UAT, regression and production validation

• Manage production support and operational issues within agreed SLAs

• Collaborate with business, operations, technology and design stakeholders to deliver intuitive, scalable digital experiences

• Apply design thinking and data-driven insights to enhance customer experience and drive adoption of digital channels

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years' experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst or product management role, ideally within financial services

• Working knowledge of digital banking, internet banking and mobile applications is an advantage

• Experience with both agile and waterfall software development techniques

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to empathize with customer needs and reimagine user journeys

• Flexible, resilient and adaptable working style in a fast-paced environment
