Staff Talent Hiring! Full Time Human Resources Executive in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 4,500 - Ricebowl

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle the full spectrum of Human Resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
• Manage recruitment activities such as job posting, screening resumes, arranging interviews, and preparing offer letters.
• Maintain and update employee personal files, attendance, leave, and payroll-related records.
• Assist in performance management processes, training coordination, and staff development activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Malaysian labour laws.
• Handle employee inquiries and HR-related matters in a professional and confidential manner.
• Liaise with external parties such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and other relevant authorities when required.
• Handle foreign worker matters including visa application, work permit processing, and liaising with Immigration (Imigresen).
• Perform HR administrative duties and any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in HR or administrative roles (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Basic knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and HR practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Well-organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
