Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance reporting process.
Analyse business performance, Opex and P&L, highlighting key trends and opportunities.
Partner with stakeholders to drive cost discipline and financial performance.
Oversee corporate tax and statutory reporting.
Support government incentives and investment-related initiatives.
Develop and enhance financial dashboards, analytics and reporting tools.
Drive automation, process improvements and digitalisation within Finance.
Support strategic projects that contribute to business growth and long-term value creation.
Requirement:
Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of relevant finance experience, ideally covering FP&A, management reporting or business partnering.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn numbers into clear business insights.
Good knowledge of financial reporting and statutory requirements.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
