Responsibilities
Key skills:
5+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, Technical Operations, TechOps, or related roles
Strong AWS and cloud-native application knowledge
Experience supporting digital, e-commerce, web, and mobile platforms
Good understanding of APIs, microservices, web services, integrations, and authentication
Hands-on experience with monitoring/observability tools such as
Datadog, New Relic, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, or CloudWatch
Knowledge of APM, SRE practices, log analysis, and content delivery architecture
Experience with
Jira Service Management, ServiceNow
, or similar ITSM tools
Understanding of
Incident, Problem, and Change Management
Strong troubleshooting and production support skills
Ideal candidate:
A hands-on technical professional who can quickly troubleshoot production issues, work across teams, and ensure reliable application performance and availability.
