We’re Hiring!

Noor Singapore is looking for a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.

Your Role

• Prepare and execute dishes according to Noor’s standards

• Take responsibility for your assigned section during service

• Ensure consistency, quality and presentation of all dishes

• Complete mise en place efficiently before service

• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness

• Monitor stock levels and minimise wastage

• Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef

• Support junior kitchen team members and assist with training

• Maintain a calm and organised approach during busy services

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role

• Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food hygiene

• Good knife skills and knowledge of food preparation

• Able to work efficiently under pressure

• Passionate about food and maintaining high standards

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Available to work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays

Working Days: 6 days per week
Location: Singapore
