Job Description

* Manage corporate gift and GWP enquiries from new and existing customers.

* Understand customer needs, budget, timeline, branding requirements, and campaign purpose.

* Recommend suitable gift items, packaging, printing methods, and branding solutions.

* Prepare quotations, product proposals, mock-up requests, and follow up to close sales.

* Coordinate with the creative team for artwork, mock-ups, proposal visuals, and branding presentation.

* Work closely with purchasing, warehouse, production, and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

* Manage the full sales process from enquiry, quotation, order confirmation, artwork approval, delivery, and after-sales service.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, including SMEs, MNCs, GLCs, government agencies, and event/marketing teams.

* Negotiate pricing while maintaining company margin and service standards.

* Monitor project timelines and ensure customer requirements are delivered accurately and on time.

* Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare sales reports when required.
* Prepare and submit documents for ePerolehan registrations, quotations, tenders, and related procurement activities when required.

* Support junior sales team members where necessary.

Requirements

* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or B2B sales.

* Experience in corporate gifts, premium gifts, printing, packaging, events, advertising, FMCG, or GWP is an advantage.

* Good sense of branding, product presentation, logo placement, and packaging suitability.

* Able to propose suitable items based on customer needs, budget, and brand image.

* Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills.

* Able to coordinate with creative, purchasing, warehouse, and operations teams.

* Self-motivated, responsible, and able to handle multiple customer accounts.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office. Canva or basic design knowledge is an added advantage.

* Possess own transport and willing to travel for customer visits when required.

* Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
