(A) Qualifications

Education : SPM

Skills : Computer Literate (Word, Excel), Knowledge on Oracle System would be add an advantage.

Work Experience : At least 1-2 years working experience.

Others Job Requirement : Having good knowledge of warehouse, inventory data entry. Preferably with experience in Store management.

(B) Responsibilities

• Perform system daily receiving transaction.
• Record all incoming direct and indirect shipment into manual log book and excel file.
• Publish the pending receiving transaction at whiteboard and inform to the respective department accordingly.
• Prepare shipping document.
• Update KPI report.
• Check & verify the daily IDN (Internal Delivery Notes) & daily MRF transaction report.
• To generate and print materials label (Backup).
• Backup MRF (Material Requisition Form) and MTR (Material Transfer Request).
• Filling all documents properly for easy tracking and audit purpose.
• Housekeeping and 5S.
• Handling day to day data entry into Oracle System for all goods receiving.
• Preparing RTV (Return to Vendor) when found goods rejection or material to be return to vendor when it is necessary.
• Preparing MRB (Material Return Board) when found goods rejection or material to be return to Customers when it is necessary.
• To handle other tasks and duties as and when requested by superior.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
