Live Host (Aesthetic Clinic)

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and presentable Live Host to represent our aesthetic clinic on social media live platforms. The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking on camera, engaging with viewers, promoting aesthetic treatments and products, and creating a positive brand image for the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Host live sessions on social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, or other relevant channels
• Introduce and promote the clinic’s aesthetic treatments, packages, promotions, and skincare products during live sessions
• Engage with viewers in a friendly and professional manner by answering basic questions and encouraging interaction
• Work closely with the marketing and clinic team to plan live content, campaigns, and promotional activities
• Help create awareness and drive leads, appointments, and sales through live hosting
• Ensure all information shared during live sessions is aligned with the clinic’s brand and approved messaging
• Assist in basic content preparation before live sessions, including scripts, product arrangement, and setup

Requirements

• Comfortable speaking in front of the camera and hosting live sessions
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Confident, energetic, and presentable personality
• Passion or interest in beauty, skincare, and aesthetic treatments
• Able to engage audiences and respond well during live sessions
• Prior experience in live hosting, sales, customer service, or beauty/aesthetic industry is an added advantage
• Able to work on a full-time basis, including evenings, weekends, or campaign periods when required

Preferred Skills

• Familiar with TikTok Live trends and audience engagement
• Basic understanding of aesthetic or beauty products/services
• Sales-driven and comfortable promoting offers or packages

Working Hours

• 10am - 7pm
• Flexible working hours based on live session schedule and campaign needs
