About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated fresh graduates and early-career professionals to join our Consulting Division.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of consulting engagements involving business valuation, due diligence, business restructuring, financial reporting advisory, and financial analysis across diverse industries.

You will work closely with experienced consultants and gain exposure to real business challenges by helping clients evaluate opportunities, improve performance, and make informed strategic decisions. 

Key Responsibilities

Strategy, Transactions & Valuation Consulting

• Assist in business and equity valuation engagements.
• Support financial due diligence assignments.
• Conduct industry, market, and business research.
• Assist in financial analysis and preparation of management reports.
• Support business restructuring and transformation projects.
• Assist in post-investment and post-acquisition integration projects.

Financial Reporting & Controls Consulting

• Support financial reporting advisory engagements.
• Assist clients in implementing accounting standards and reporting requirements.
• Review financial information and reporting processes.
• Assist in internal control enhancement and process improvement initiatives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and client deliverables.

General Consulting Support

• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret financial and business information.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and engagement reports.
• Participate in client meetings and project discussions.
• Support multiple projects concurrently while maintaining quality and deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with up to 1 year of relevant working experience are welcome.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel within Malaysia when required.
