Job Summary

• Issuance appointment letters, disciplinary & termination letters.
• Conduct orientations & briefings for new joiner.
• Summarize monthly attendance, update leave & mc and overtime computations.
• Prepare monthly payroll, summarize reportings & manpower costings.
• Issue payslip, EA form and annual statements
• Update policy changes & memorandum circulations/ emails distributions.
• Records uniforms and safety items distributions.
• Handle Manufacturing & all other Licencing renewals.
• Renewal of staff accommodation & leasing matters.
• Handle ISO certifications & audits.
• Renew fire insurance & stock counts value for end year closings.
• Handle company vehicle insurance & road-tax renewals, &puspaokom inspections.
• All other assignment by Mgmt from time to time.

Requirements

• SPM or Diploma in Mgmt or Human Resources
• 1-2 years working experience in Human Resource.
• Familiar with labour laws & other employment act.
• Possess Own Transport
• Based at Beranang/Semenyih.
• Can start within short notice.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
