Full Time Sales Admin Jobs, salary up to MYR 3,000 in KIONG GAY PLASTERCEIL SDN BHD Kuala Lumpur - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities

• Support Outdoor Sales Representatives with quotations, orders, invoices, and customer requirements.
• Handle walk-in customers and inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales documentation and records according to SOP.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, Production, Purchasing and Accounts for order fulfilment.
• Monitor customer activity and follow up on inactive accounts.
• Monitor AR collection and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Prepare sales reports and provide timely updates to Management.
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (One Saturday off every month)

Location

• Desa Tun Razak, 56000 Kuala Lumpur

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
