Role Description

• P

• erform routine and specialized laboratory tests in areas such as hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, and other relevant disciplines, following established protocols and safety standards.

• reparing and processing specimens, operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, and accurately recording and reporting test results to support clinical decision-making.

• erforming quality control checks, participating in internal and external quality assurance programs, and maintaining proper documentation and inventory of reagents and supplies.

• ollaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure timely, reliable laboratory services and provide support in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications :

• Diploma or degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Biomedical Science, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to follow standardized procedures and safety guidelines.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required by laboratory operations.
