Responsibilities
Prepare pastry products, sugar decorations and butter carvings and any pastry products cooked or uncooked related to pastry items
Prepare and coordinate standard and daily orders for the various online and sales orders
Follow instruction in order to reach a the set standard of excellence
Keep close working cooperation with other team members in the Pastry/kitchen team
Responsible for all steering matters in the absence of Executive / Assistant Pastry Chef
Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation comply to the HACCP standards
Requirements
A minimum of 8 year's related working experience
Courteous and cheerful in personality
Responsible & reliable with sense of creativity
