About Us

CSK STAR PACKAGING is a food packaging supplier serving F&B businesses across Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya. We run multiple lean and smart retail outles — are we're currently building AI-native financial operations. We need someone who can own the numbers, not just record them.

Your Responsibilities:

- Daily transaction recording in Autocount

- Supplier payment processing and AP management

- Bank reconciliation (monthly)

- Month-end close and basic financial reporting

- AR follow-up and collections support

- Excel financial summaries and management dashboards

- AI-assisted reporting (tools + training provided)

- Maintain organised physical and digital filing system for all finance documents

What We Look For:

- Diploma or Degree in Accounting / Finance

- 2–4 years hands-on experience (SME background preferred)

- Autocount: proficient — non-negotiable, we run on it

- Excel: confident — pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic dashboards

- E-Invoice : basic knowledge required

- AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT for finance): strong bonus

- Detail-oriented, analytical, honest with numbers, takes ownership without being chased
