Roles & Responsibilities

Daily Operations & Technical Support

• Power on, set up, and configure school ICT and AV infrastructure before morning assemblies and school events.
• Provide active troubleshooting for projector displays, audio feeds, internet connectivity, and device hardware issues.
• Oversee on-site technical execution during recess programs, assemblies, and student dismissal timings.

Assessment & e-Examination Operations

• Configure, test, and deploy student laptops, iPads, chargers, and headphones for national and school digital assessments.
• Conduct pre-event quality assurance infrastructure checks to support e-Oral and Listening Comprehension exams.

Device Logistics & Inventory Management

• Manage student-shared assets by charging devices and tracking bookings through the internal master system.
• Organize device sets into centralized mobile charging carts and deliver hardware to scheduled classrooms or collection points.
• Perform routine equipment stocktaking, track consumable logs, and flag hardware faults for escalation.

Multimedia Production & Digital Support

• Capture high-quality photographs and video footage during major school events and developmental milestones.
• Process digital media elements to create highlight compilations and multimedia presentations for flagship ceremonies, including Primary 1 Orientation, Primary 6 Graduation, and festive celebrations.
• Coordinate alongside ICT Key Personnel to evaluate, test, and recommend emerging digital transformation applications.

Job Requirements

• Education: Minimum of a recognized IT-related Diploma qualification.
• Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience producing multimedia projects and managing basic audio-visual configurations.
• Competencies: Strong organizational aptitude with a proven ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication skills paired with a positive, innovation-driven attitude.
• Compliance: Successful hires must declare any potential conflicts of interest and clear standard public sector vetting checks.

Working Hours:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break)
• Fridays: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (Inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break)
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays
