Job Summary

Design and manage building services systems including ACMV, fire protection, plumbing, and / or electrical systems as per qualification. Lead project execution, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely completion with quality documentation and technical support.

Responsibilities

• Design building services systems such as ACMV (including ETTV calculation), fire protection, plumbing, sanitation, swimming pool, and / or electrical systems to meet project requirements
• Prepare detailed design drawings for building services systems to support project implementation
• Manage projects to ensure successful execution and timely completion within scope and quality standards
• Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and relevant authorities to facilitate smooth project progress
• Attend site meetings and resolve technical queries to maintain project alignment and quality
• Administer project documentation including tender and contract administration to ensure compliance and record accuracy

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering, or related field
• Use AutoCAD, BIM (Revit), MS Office, and E-20 software proficiently for design and project documentation
• Communicate clearly and negotiate effectively with all project stakeholders
• Work reliably under tight deadlines with a proactive and self-motivated approach
• Coordinate mechanical systems, execute plans, and supervise site activities
• Demonstrate good command of written and spoken English

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Mechanical or Electrical engineering graduates, including fresh graduates, are encouraged to apply
