About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Development Associate to convert inbound leads into active corporate clients. You’ll engage prospects, understand their needs, recommend suitable solutions, and guide them through onboarding to their first transaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage and qualify inbound B2B leads.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Guide clients through onboarding and product setup.
• Follow up to drive activation and first transactions.
• Track lead progress and manage follow-ups via CRM.
• Work with internal teams to resolve client issues.

Requirements:

• Experience in B2B sales, inside sales, business development, or customer onboarding.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable using CRM/lead management tools.
• Experience with inbound leads or customer activation is an advantage.

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
