Logistics Operations Admin / Checker

Salary: From $2,400/month

What You’ll Do



Coordinate daily deliveries and collections


Liaise with customers and transporters


Process incoming and outgoing shipments


Perform receiving and outbound transactions in SAP/WMS


Prepare reports and maintain accurate shipment documents


Handle cycle-count administration


Report shipment issues or non-conformances


Support process-improvement activities


Carry goods weighing around 15–20kg when required


Assist with other operational duties



Requirements



Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are welcome


Around 1 year of relevant experience is preferred


Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel


Able to communicate confidently with customers and internal teams


SAP or WMS knowledge is an advantage


Power BI or Tableau experience is a bonus


Responsible, organised and detail-oriented
