DCB Company Limited Hiring! Full Time Technical Designer- Asst. Technical Designer- Draftman (Fitting Out) in Hong Kong - Ricebowl

• Provide shop drawings, details development, and technical drawings for interior fitting out project

• Provide As-built drawings after completion of project

• Assist in project coordination works if required

• Stationed at site for certain period of time if required

Requirements:

• Diploma / High cert. in Interior Design, Construction or equivalent is preferred.

• Minimum 2-year experience in interior fitting-out or related industry.

• Fresh graduate will be considered as Asst. Technical Designer

• Proficient in AutoCAD & free hand sketches. MS Office, Photoshop, Adobe illustrator

• Knowledge in 3D Max, BIM or Sketchup would also be an advantage;

• Good understanding of design detailing and fitting-out works is a definite advantage

• Proactive, humble and with good interpersonal skills

• 5.5 work days with alternative Saturday
