• Monday to Saturday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Sunday: Off

Job Responsibilities

• Carry out professional installation of Xiaomi and others residential air conditioners
• Install, dismantle and relocate split-unit air conditioners
• Install indoor and outdoor units, copper piping, drainage piping, insulation and electrical wiring
• Perform vacuuming, gas pressure checking, testing and commissioning
• Conduct site inspections and advise customers on any additional materials or non-standard installation work required
• Troubleshoot installation, drainage, electrical and cooling-related issues
• Lead and guide junior installers or installation assistants
• Follow Xiaomi’s installation SOP, service standards and safety requirements
• Ensure installations are completed neatly, safely and within the scheduled appointment time
• Protect the customer’s furniture and property during installation and clean the work area upon completion
• Explain the completed installation and basic air-conditioner operation clearly to customers
• Complete installation reports and submit the required before-and-after site photos
• Maintain company tools, equipment and vehicles in good condition
• Coordinate closely with the operation team regarding appointment schedules and installation progress

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of air-conditioner installation experience
• Experienced in residential split-unit and inverter air conditioners
• Able to complete air-conditioner installations independently
• Good knowledge of copper piping, electrical wiring, drainage, vacuuming and refrigerant checking
• Able to identify installation risks and technical issues at the customer’s premises
• Must possess a valid Malaysian driving licence and GDL licence
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors and at heights
• Responsible, punctual and able to lead a small installation team
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia; basic English or Mandarin is an advantage

• Able to explain installation work and additional charges clearly before proceeding
• Patient when handling customer questions, feedback or concerns
• Careful when working inside customers’ homes
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• No history of serious customer complaints or misconduct
• Willing to follow company and Xiaomi customer-service standards

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience installing Xiaomi or other major-brand air conditioners
• Experience with concealed piping, wall hacking and non-standard installations
• Basic air-conditioner servicing and troubleshooting knowledge
• Able to train and supervise junior installers
