We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development & Project Manager to drive business growth and oversee the successful delivery in the integrated design industry encompassing interior architecture, thematic visitor experiences, exhibitions and events, and environmental graphic design.

The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, develop sales opportunities, coordinate project execution, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development &Sales

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain client relationships.
• Prepare and submit RFPs, tenders, quotations, and project budgets.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports.

Client & Project Management

• Understand client requirements and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with designers, operations teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Plan project schedules, allocate resources, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, quality, and risk management.

Site Operations & Compliance

• Conduct site inspections and oversee installation activities.
• Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth project delivery and handover.
• Ensure compliance with safety, building, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and submit required documentation to relevant authorities and stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Event Management, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the events, exhibitions, or fit-out industry.
• Technical knowledge of structural systems, AV, and M&E services is preferred.
• Experience in sales, tender preparation, budgeting, cost control, and client management.
• Strong organisational, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage tight deadlines, and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, proactive, and detail-oriented.
