Responsibilities
Requirements:
- RSW, Degree in Social Work or above;
- 5 years post-degree Social Work experience;
- Good command in Eng & Chin;
- Extensive experience working with children, youth and families facing poverty, adversity, safeguarding concerns or multiple needs;
- Strong knowledge of positive youth development, family-centred practice, risk assessment and two-generation intervention approaches
- 3 years' supervisory or team leadership experience is an advantage
- Passionate about improving outcomes for children, youth and families.
- Provide professional supervision, coaching and mentoring to TDCs and frontline staff;
- Promote fidelity and quality implementation of the Positive Trajectory Framework (PTF), Individualised Development Plans (IDPs) and two-generation intervention model
- Monitor service quality, risk assessment, tiering decisions and intervention outcomes;
- Ensure timely engagement of at-risk children, youth and families identified through universal screening;
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with schools, NGOs, community organisations, corporates and other stakeholders;
- Monitor programme outputs, service targets and quality indicators;
- Work closely with project management, research and IT teams to refine intervention models and digital solutions;
- Understake ac hoc duties related to the project.
