• Establish sustainable route to market plan and business model of Zeiss Consumer Eyecare business in retail channels: grow existing ones and fast explore new potential opportunities, no limited to physical (ex. Costco, 3C, Pharmacy, Telecom, Hyper, CVS ) or e-commerce channels.
• Manage the channels either in direct business model or work with authorized distributors to plan and execute seasonal promotions and BTL activations. Be familiar with FMCG promotion machnism, integrate online and offline promotions and allocate marketing resource to maximize sales achievement.
• Maximize product exposure and promotion opportunities in physical and e-commerce channels through product exclusivities , cross selling mechanisms, and product bundles, etc.
• Analyze sales d a ta and ROI frequently in order to adjust or strengthen channel investment and focus.
• Team player and ability to work with the cross functional partners and senior management on all aspects of the business .

• Over 5 years working experience in FMCG industry
• Retail key account management experience (ex. Costco, 3C, Pharmacy, Telecom, Hyper, CVS)
• E-commerce management experience
• Distributor management experience is a must
• Experience of managing business growth of niche products through all promotions and marketing activities
• Proactive attitude and problem solver
• Strong negotiation skill
• Results-oriented & good team player
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Good analytical skills
• Familiar with MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint for executive presentations)
• Proficient in written and spoken English, and Mandarin
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Leadership, resourcefulness, good cooperation & teamwork, loyalty, reliability
