Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Electrical Maintenance & Operation:Carry out routine inspection, operation, and maintenance of LV switchgear, transformers, electrical panels, and distribution boards to ensure continuous and reliable power supply.
• Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, servicing, repair, and replacement of electrical systems, motors, hoists, lighting systems, and related equipment.
• Troubleshooting & Breakdown Response: Attend promptly to electrical faults, power failures, machine breakdowns, and tripping issues to minimize downtime and restore normal operation.
• Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all electrical wiring, installation, and maintenance works are carried out in accordance with IEE Regulations, Suruhanjaya Tenaga requirements, and company safety procedures.
• Documentation & Reporting: Record and update daily electrical meter readings, maintenance checklists, service reports, and breakdown/troubleshooting logs.
• Facility & Building Services Support: Assist in the maintenance and repair of building facilities and services including HVAC systems, fire protection systems, water pumps, and basic plumbing works.
• General Technical Support: Support equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and improvement works as assigned by the Supervisor or Engineer.

Key Requirements:

• Certification: Possess a valid PW4/AO Certificate from Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST).
• Experience: Usually 1-3 years of experience in facility maintenance or manufacturing environments.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of electrical drawings, safety procedures (PPE), and electrical troubleshooting tools.
• Common Industries: Manufacturing factories, commercial buildings, shopping malls, and facility management firms.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
