The Facility Executive supports the Department Head in maintaining the factory's physical infrastructure, utilities, and building facilities to ensure a safe, functional, and efficient working environment.

This role is responsible for coordinating and supervising licensed contractors and vendors involved in renovation projects, as well as the preventive maintenance, repair, and servicing of facility equipment and office systems such as face recognition systems, door access control systems, security alarm systems, lighting, electrical installations, plumbing, and other building-related facilities.

He/She also play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the site by responding promptly to maintenance requests, troubleshooting facility-related issues, and ensuring that all building systems and equipment are maintained in optimal working condition. The role supports compliance with safety standards and contributes to a well-maintained, reliable, and productive workplace for all.

Working Hours:
Monday - Fridays, 8.30am to 5.30pm

• Burglar Alarm System

3. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance

• Routine Inspection on Aircon, Lightings etc
• Monthly Aircon Servicing
• Yearly Machines Servicing
• Yearly Water Dispensers Servicing

4. Fire Safety Compliance

• Fire Extinguishers Maintenance

5. Contractors Management & Supervision

• Work Schedule Arrangements, Coordination & Supervision

6. Office Factory Renovation Duties

• Search, source and liaise with Contractors /Vendors for all renovation works and supervise these contractors during renovation period

7. Building Maintenance Coordination

• Liaise with Management Office for renovation, building safety and environmental issues

8. Space / Office Factory Floor Planning

• Office Space Planning and Floor Plan Drafting

9. Administration

System Administration (Prepare POs & PRs)

Job Requirements

1. Minimum ITE/Nitec technical qualification in facilities management, building services or a related discipline
2. Minimum 1 year experience as a Facilities Technician or in a similar hands-on maintenance role in factory/manufacturing environment
3. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize work tasks
4. Ability to adapt to changing situations and work schedules
5. Basic computer and MS Office knowledge is essential
