Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Precast installation progress against project schedule.
• Quality and accuracy of precast installation.
• Compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Number of installation defects and rework.
• Safety performance and compliance.
• Manpower and subcontractor productivity.
• Timely completion of assigned site activities.
• Accuracy and timeliness of site reporting.
• Effective coordination with engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil & Structural Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of site supervision experience in civil/structural construction.
• Hands-on experience in precast concrete construction and installation is essential.
• Experience supervising precast erection, lifting, alignment, grouting, jointing and connection works.
• Strong understanding of civil and structural construction methods.
• Able to read and interpret civil, structural and precast shop drawings.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, workers, suppliers and lifting teams.
• Familiarity with construction safety requirements and site procedures.
• Good knowledge of construction quality control and inspection procedures.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple site activities.
• Willing to work on construction sites and according to project requirements.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,800.00 per month
